Payment can also be made by Bank Transfer.
When making an online payment your bank allows you 18 characters to use as a Reference.
When using Bank Transfer your Reference must be the eight digit FPN number. This can be found at the top of the ticket. Your Reference must be of the form: GI23456789
This permit application form is for Zone 1 parking only.
This permit application form is for Zone 2 parking only.
This permit application form is for Zone 3 parking only.
Use this form if you are a resident of an estate
Use this form if you are a tenant who needs a permit for a regular visitor. This is limited to one per household.
Use this form if you are a commercial vehicle owner needing a permit.
If you have a blue badge you can apply for an all-Zones parking permit.
To apply for a permit, download and complete the relevant form. For a new permit, certain documentation is also required. This is listed on the form itself. Please take care to provide all of the information required as not doing so will delay your application.
For a permit renewal, due to the current circumstances, we will not need to see the same documentation. We will verify background details where we can with other Government agencies to avoid the need for you to travel unnecessarily.
During the current health emergency we ca, by request, send your permit by post. If you do not feel able to leave the house to replace your parking permit you may receive a Fixed Penalty Notice. If you do so and your permit has been renewed then let us know via the Contact Us form.
ZONE 3 PERMIT RENEWAL for 1st OCTOBER 2020.
Zone 3 permits are due for renewal before 1st October 2020. Open the Online Application Form and complete it to begin the vetting process. You do not need to include any documentation for this renewal. We will give you a call to tell you if your permit application is successful and that it is ready. We will let you know how to pay for it. After payment is received you can collect the permit or we can send the permit to you by post.

To apply for a rented parking space, download and complete the relevant form. Kindly note that eligibility depends on your address and you will only be able to apply for parking in your immediate area.
Under normal circumstances it is necessary to present the application form along with all of the relevant documentation at Unit 99, New Harbours. However, temporarily, scanned copies of the application form and documentation will be accepted and reviewed if uploaded to this site.
When setting up a Standing Order it is important to fill in the Reference section clearly. There are 18 characters available from your Bank to do this.
They should be filled in with the format [CAR PARK NAME] [CAR SPACE NUMBER] [SURNAME]
A typical example might read: ELCP 123 PEREZ

It's always very unfortunate when things don't go smoothly. We aim to be responsive to your issues and to work with you to sort out problems as they arise.
If you feel that you have been unfairly issued a Fixed Penalty Notice please fill out the form here and send it to us. Well pass it on to the relevant authorities. Be aware that we do not decide on the cancellation of tickets. That decision lies solely with the Royal Gibraltar Police.
When you ask the RGP to look again at your fine we will place it 'on hold' until a decision is made. During that period if you're still in the discount period that will remain until you receive a letter with the result of your appeal.
If you have a problem with your rented parking or perhaps you have seen something that needs fixing and we might have missed it - please send us an Incident Form and we'll get right back to you.
We will do our best to acknowlege your comments as quickly as possible and then investigate further for you.
