    Tow Truck collection:

    • If the vehicle needs to be collected by the tow truck, it is vital you give the most accurate information possible as to where the vehicle is situated.

    • If the vehicle is parked inside a multi-story car park or within an estate premises the vehicle will not be picked up by the tow truck.

    • The applicant must be the registered owner of the vehicle in-order for the application form to be accepted by the counter clerks.

    • The following must be submitted upon application:
      - The vehicle’s logbook (if possible)
      - Keys to the vehicle (if possible)
      - Owner’s proof of identification

    Self Disposal:

    • If you are signing the vehicle off as a disposed vehicle we must be informed where and when the vehicle has been disposed of, *By providing a certificate of destruction.

    • If the vehicle has been rendered beyond economical repair by the registered owner or an insurance company and later on decides he/she Wants the vehicle back on the road, the registered owner will need to be provide us with a letter from a surveyor stating the vehicle is fit to be back on the road.
