FOR THE PARKING OF VEHICLES CLASSED AS GOODS VEHICLES IN PARKING BAYS IN THE RESIDENTIAL PARKING ZONES (EXCEPT ZONE 2) BETWEEN 08:00 - 16:00 HOURS
USE THIS FORM TO APPLY FOR A SINGLE PERMIT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE UP TO THREE VEHICLES. USE ADDITIONAL FORMS IF YOU REQUIRE AN INDIVIDUAL PERMIT FOR EACH VEHICLE. CORRESPONDING FEES WILL APPLY.

DECLARATION OF APPLICANTS
We hereby certify that we are the true owners of each vehicle to which the application relates. We wish to apply for a Parking Permit for Commercial Vehicles in respect of the vehicle(s) specified in this application. We understand that any permit issued remains the property of Gibraltar Car Parks Ltd and that the issue of a permit is conditional on my surrendering it in the event of any of the following:
1. The Company ceases commercial activities.
2. Upon the issue of a duplicate permit.
3. Should there be any change to the vehicle ownership.
We undertake to inform Gibraltar Car Parks Ltd immediately if any one of the events specified in sub - paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 above has occurred.
We declare that all the information given in, and supporting this application, is correct and we understand that a false statement may render the Company liable for exclusion from the scheme and liable for prosecution. We declare that any vehicle issued with a permit because of this application will not park in such a manner that it obstructs other vehicle access and that all relevant drivers will be made aware of this condition. We declare that any of the commercial vehicles issued with a permit acquired from this application, must at all times be parked within the marked designated area of the Residential Parking Bay in use. I also declare that all relevant drivers will be made aware of this condition. We declare that vre will not duplicate the permit acquired from this application. We understand that parking any vehicle issued with a permit acquired from this application in spaces defined as Residential Car Parking Spaces is limited to the time: 08:00 to 16:00 hrs
Please make sure you complete this form correctly, otherwise this could cause a delay in the issuing of your permit. You should allow up to four weeks for processing.

All information you provide on this application will be used by Gibraltar Car Parks Ltd to whom it is necessary to perform the job, as agents for the Government for administrative purposes only. By signing this application, you are consenting to Gibraltar Car Parks Ltd processing this information for the purpose of administration. Gibraltar Car Parks Ltd may pass on key data to the Government for the purposes of regulation of parking. Gibraltar Car Parks Ltd may also pass on key data to bodies responsible for auditing and administering public funds, for the purposes of preventing and detecting fraud.
