Gibraltar Carparks are responsible for the cancellation of tickets.
Applications to cancel Fixed Penalty Notices will be judged on technical issues regarding the issuing of the Fixed Penalty Notice and NOT on any legal issues. The latter will be dealt with in the Magistrates’ Court.
Traffic Fixed Penalty Notices (TFPNS) cannot be cancelled. If you wish to contest the matter for which you have been issued a TFPN, this can only be done in a Court of Law (Magistrates’ Court), via a Court Hearing.
