These can be paid online or at our counters at GPMSL in Unit B, 7 Admiral Rooke Road.
Payment can also be made over the telephone and by bank transfer.
When making an online payment your bank allows you 18 characters to use as a Reference.
When using Bank Transfer your Reference must be the eight digit FPN number. This can be found at the top of the ticket. Your Reference must be of the form: GI23456789

To apply for a permit, please complete the online form on this page. For a new permit, certain documentation is also required. This is listed on the form itself. Please take care to provide all of the information required as not doing so will delay your application.
PERMIT RENEWAL FOR ZONES AND OTHER AREAS .
Zone and estate permits are due for annual renewal at regular intervals. A list of the renewal dates is provided here, and is also written on your existing permit itself. Open the appropriate Online Application Form and complete it to begin the application or renewal vetting process. You will receive an email receipt that your permit application has been received successfully.
Please be aware of the deadline for permit expiry. It is your responsibility to ensure that your permit is collected and properly displayed in due time. The permit must be paid for when it is collected from our office at Unit B, 7 Admiral Rooke Road.

To apply for a rented parking space please complete the application form. Kindly note that eligibility depends on your address and you will only be able to apply for parking in your immediate area.
Waiting lists vary between different car parks and particularly popular locations may not be available for some time. We will advise you when you have been successful. It's always very unfortunate when things don't go smoothly. We aim to be responsive to your issues and to work with you to sort out problems as they arise.
If you feel that you have been unfairly issued a Fixed Penalty Notice please fill out the form here and send it to us. Well pass it on to the relevant authorities. Be aware that we do not decide on the cancellation of tickets. That decision lies solely with the Royal Gibraltar Police.
When you ask the RGP to look again at your fine we will place it 'on hold' until a decision is made. During that period if you're still in the discount period that will remain until you receive a letter with the result of your appeal.
